Tommaso Bussola - Valpolicella Superiore TB Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Grape blend: Corvina, Corvinone 60%, Rondinella 30% e Molinara e altre varietà 10% Ageing and Fining: After 18 months in wood it was assembled and lightly fined with egg-white. It was bottled in October 2005 and left to settle for three months before release onto the market. Serving temperature: 16°- 18°C. Ingredients: Contains sulphites Color: Emanates intense garnet-colored reflections. Taste: The palate continues to this setting, revealing a markedly spicy and earthy tannins alongside well-executed and sustained alcohol. Final bitterness with hints bent. Aroma: Fascinating aromatic sequence, marked by over-ripe black cherry, anise, green wood, clay, liquorice and pine bark.
